About the event

Intro to Culinary Skills 101 helps acclimate the students to the kitchen. Working in pairs and under the guidance of a trained chef, the students will learn the basics: how to set up their station, handle tools properly, sanitize their station and keep clean. Once these skills are acquired, we will move on to making simple and tasty dishes and baked goods - all items made in class the students will take home for dinner or a snack!

Includes daily catered lunch, apron and take-home tote.

*Please Note: Intro to Culinary Skills is a prerequisite class to all other cooking and baking summer camps, as well as our baking competition in August.
