Grab a date and bring them over to learn some cooking of the deep south! Start with savory corn fritters and then watch Chef Kathryn cook a dark roux for a flavorful gumbo, complete with dirty rice. Then roll up your sleeves and start your own biscuits, fried chicken and stewed greens. And don't forget our special dessert!
